Mateusz Bogulski
CEO, responsible for quality, strategy and key customer relationshipsWith natural attentiveness, he listens, advises, and guides clients through the entire process—from the first conversation to the final detail. For him, relationships are the foundation of every project, inspiring growth, better solutions, and higher standards of work.
He spent many years living in Mexico, New York, and Miami, where he discovered unique interiors, local art, and craftsmanship. These experiences shaped his approach to space, as a place that should stir the senses, bring everyday comfort, and reflect the personality of its owner. He is an aesthete with a passion for beauty, detail, and craftsmanship, which is reflected in every project under his care.
Mateusz has been connected to the construction industry since childhood, thanks to his father, who introduced him to the world of execution and craftsmanship. Today, he continues the family tradition, combining global experience with a trusted network of contractors and craftsmen operating in the premium segment. Previously, he ran a production agency, creating photo shoots and campaigns around the world, which taught him how to manage complex projects and build an atmosphere of trust.
At Bogulski Studio, he focuses on consistency of vision, the highest execution standards, and a seamless process. His goal is to make every client feel cared for, with a final result refined from the first concept to the last detail.
Anna Czerska
COO, responsible for project management, budgets, and client relationsAnna combines business precision with a refined sense of aesthetics and people skills. She gained experience in the investment funds industry, where she learned discipline, planning, and managing complex processes. She studied finance and management, as well as coaching at the University of Cambridge, developing skills that blend analytical thinking with an empathetic approach to clients.
In London, she ran her own company, MyParisShopping, working with international clients in luxury goods sourcing. She successfully scaled the business to a stable level, gaining valuable experience in building and managing enterprises.
After returning to Poland, she joined Mateusz to help unlock the potential of Bogulski Studio. She ensures that every project runs smoothly according to schedule, budget, and with complete client comfort. She works closely with architects, contractors, and craftsmen, maintaining clear communication and the highest quality standards.
Anna has a natural talent for supporting clients in making the right decisions. She believes that truly exceptional interiors emerge when the process is carefully planned and guided with attention to every detail, from the very first meeting to the moment when clients can fully enjoy their finished space.
